How do I update my registration?

To update any attendee information, please click on the order number in the top right-hand corner of your confirmation email. This link will take you directly to the page where you are able to update each registration.

Are there refunds available if I am unable to attend?

Thank you for understanding that your GrowLeader Registration may not be transferred to a future date and is non-refundable. We want to provide the best experience possible for every attendee and be great stewards of the budget.

Though we cannot refund registration fees, please know that your investment supports the training and equipping of our church leaders worldwide.

Are children allowed at GrowLeader Regional?

While families are important to us, this is an adults-only event. Because we are trying to create a distraction-free environment for all attendees, we do not allow children of any age to attend the event, and we are unable to make exceptions.

Who is able to attend GrowLeader Regional?

GrowLeader Regional is designed to train and equip pastors and church leaders. Any member of your church staff or team is welcome to attend. This is an in-person-only event.

Is there a limit to how many people I can bring to the GrowLeader Regional event?

There is no limit to how many people you can bring. We invite you to bring as many leaders as you would like to the event.

Will this event be streamed or will I be able to re-watch it?

We believe the GrowLeader Regionals are best experienced in person for hands-on learning and the ability to connect with like-minded church leaders across your region. Currently, there is no plan to broadcast the sessions online or have them available for playback.
