WELCOME

At GrowLeader Conference, you will be able to learn the heart behind all GrowLeader has to offer and how to practically implement that into your church—all while experiencing an encouraging and life-giving culture with other pastors and leaders from around the world.

 

Through sessions, you will learn proven church systems and structures that, when implemented, will enable your church to grow to the next level. This dynamic in-person-only event will empower and refresh you, as well as provide you with the practical ministry tools and resources you need to help your church grow. We hope you can join us July 26-28th for GrowLeader 2022!

LOCATIONS

The Grants Mill location is the broadcast location and the first campus built by Church of the Highlands. It serves as the central offices for their creative, worship, and production teams and is the largest venue seating 2,450 in the main auditorium.

The Fultondale location at Church of the Highlands launched as a portable site in 2013 and transitioned to their permanent building in 2019. The building is one of the newest and most cost-effective models for the campuses and is just 10 minutes away from Historic Downtown Birmingham.

FAQ's

Is there a limit to how many people I can bring to GrowLeader 2022?


Because we want to accommodate as many churches as possible at this event, each church is limited to 6 attendees max. This amount includes all multi-site locations and schools associated with the church.




Who is able to attend the GrowLeader Conference?


GrowLeader Conference is designed to train and equip pastors and church leaders. Any member of your church staff or team are welcome to attend. This is an in-person only event.




Are children allowed at GrowLeader Conference?


While families are important to us, this is an adults-only conference. Because we are trying to create a distraction-free environment for all attendees, we do not allow children of any age to attend the conference, and we are unable to make exceptions.




Will I be able to visit any of the GrowLeader Conference Locations?


Your conference registration is location-specific, and you will only be granted access at the location for which you registered. While we cannot switch your ticket for another location, you are more than welcome to visit any location before the Conference starts on Tuesday, July 26 from 12:00p - 5:00p or after Conference ends on Thursday, July 28 from 3:00p - 5:00p. We would also love for you to visit us for church on Sunday at any of our 23 locations.




Are there refunds available if I am unable to attend?


Thank you for understanding that your GrowLeader Registration may not be transferred to a future date and is non-refundable. In the event you are not able to make it, you are able to transfer a ticket to another member of your team.

What is the event COVID-19 Policy?


By registering and attending any GrowLeader event, you are agreeing to follow the COVID-19 safety guidelines. Please consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases in any place where groups of people are present. Although we’ve implemented recommended practices to promote and protect the health and safety of all our attendees and event staff, we cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions. By voluntarily entering and being present at this event, you (and each person in your party) acknowledge and agree to accept complete and sole responsibility for the inherent risk of possible exposure and will hold harmless GrowLeader, Church of the Highlands, and its officers, directors, staff, vendors and volunteers from any and all liability.

GrowLeader reserves the right to change the dates of GrowLeader events in the event of unpreventable schedule conflicts. If dates do change, you will be notified immediately with options for next steps.

COVID protocols and policies are subject to change based on state and local guidelines at the time of the event. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.




Are there scholarships available?


Scholarships are available to senior pastors who are coming to GrowLeader Conference for the first time this year and have already registered. Please note that scholarships act as reimbursement for travel expenses. Apply for a GrowLeader Conference Scholarship
