A guide to using the GrowLeader brand across all communications to deliver a consistent and clear message.
Thank you so much for opening up your church home with us! It is truly a blessing to gather together with church leaders who are hungry to grow. We do not take this time for granted. We pray the impact of this event continues to bear fruit in churches and communities throughout your region. Thank you to you and your team for hosting us. It’s an honor to serve alongside you.
We’ve prepared some information to help you prepare for your event.
Stewardship & Strategy
This resource will serve as a guide to maintaining a cohesive branding strategy across all aspects of GrowLeader’s communications. The GrowLeader team will provide strategic assistance on any branding applications that are unclear to you. We’re here to help, and we are passionate about our brand.
While perceptions can differ from person to person, the consistent application of a cohesive branding strategy is crucial to supporting the message we carry. Our brand is a tool and, when used correctly and consistently, it ensures that every touch point reinforces the understanding of our message.

How We Started
When Pastor Chris Hodges heard a commission from the Lord in 2011 to help 1,000 churches break the 1,000 attendance barrier, he founded Grow with the mission to help equip church leaders.
Grow quickly multiplied year over year, and it became evident that church leaders are hungry to be trained and equipped in a very practical, hands-on way. In January 2021 we launched GrowLeader in order to better support pastors and leaders in their desire to personally grow in leadership so their churches can reach more people and make a greater impact.
Grow, now called Highlands Resources , continues to provide resources to over 16,500 churches globally at no cost.

We have provided slides to use on the screen during your event. These include event partners, GrowLeader promotional items, and general service slides. You may use the design elements to create any additional slides needed for your location.

Below you can download the files needed for any video elements that will be played during the event including partner videos and news.

Video Recordings
We would love for you to record all the sessions of the GrowLeader Regional event in your location. We will be shipping hard drives to the contact person provided, and once you can transfer all the files to it, please send them back to us to:

Photography
Please secure a photographer to capture your event. Here are the shots we’re looking for:
- Candid photos of guests talking, visiting, and smiling in the lobby or gathering spaces
- Photos of any branded signage or GrowLeader details
- Photo of the on-site partner booth and people (if applicable)
- Volunteers in action
- Each on-stage speaker or communicator
Within 24 hours following the event, please upload your original, high res photos using the button below. You can upload multiple files or compress your photos into a single .zip file if that is easier for you.
