What are the specific details and numbers that you ask for in your year-end evaluation?

Number of people in groups, Growth Track, Students, etc. 

Year-over-year comparison and a 5-week average comparison in every area.

Find your baseline growth number and then measure everything else against that. 

For us, salvations and visitors tripled that number but we also had a few things that were below that baseline number. 

We can’t just look at attendance or salvation and assume we’re doing a good job. We have to dig in and measure how we’re doing in all areas.
