Launching First Wednesday

When you launched First Wednesday services at Highlands, what did your process look like? What values did you reinforce and how did you lead your staff in them?

Wednesdays started as a time for Dream Team and focused on leadership training and

Bible training with extended worship every single Wednesday of the year. When we continued to grow, every Wednesday was not sustainable so we switched to First Wednesdays. We focus on extended worship and we will bring in guest speakers. These services are more from the home crowd/believers.
