Establishing a Foundation of Prayer
What steps do I take with staff to reinforce and build a culture and foundation of prayer? What does that look like across campus teams today?
You can’t build culture you can only be culture. If you value something personally, others with value it with you.
We pray always and have developed a system that keeps it front and center. Whether that is an intercession team at any and every service at Highlands or encouraging our church to lean in during 21 Days of Prayer twice a year.
There are people in your church that have the gift of prayer. If you value them and their gift, they will learn to value it and others as well.
