Vision for Outreach: Encouraging Your Church to Serve
What are some practical handles COTH gives people to be outreach focused? How have you cast vision for people to reach beyond themselves to reach others?
Not everyone is going to do it the same way. Don’t put pressure on them to do something they are not resources and gifted to do. We don’t need 100% of the church doing outreach. We don’t need everyone doing the same thing because we’re a body. Encourage the church to find their place.
Everyone needs to go on a mission trip at least one time, but some need to go do it for the rest of their life.
