The Staff Performance Evaluation is used to help evaluate where each of your employees is at in the journey.
Staff Review Form - it’s based on their character and contribution. Based on their character and contribution, did they move the ball down the field? We want to make sure what they were a part of was actually growing. Recognize that growth may not always be in their control, but look at the data.
Direct reports will complete an “interview”. Character – Do they have the attitude? Excellence? Are they still in love with Jesus? They talk through our four core values and see if their character is still aligned with our values.
The form will give three results; exceeding expectations, meeting expectations, and below expectations. We don’t want to have anyone below our expectations. We have hard conversations with those people and try to determine if they should stay on the team. Those that exceed expectations will receive an additional bonus.
