Resourcing Serve Projects
Do you resource small groups for serve projects? Do you provide any financial assistance for supplies, equipment, etc.?
In the beginning, Church of the Highlands did not provide financial assistance. Overtime, budget was allocated to this area.
Today, Campus Pastors and teams vet every serve project request. Often, you will discover people in your church will have the supplies or tools needed for serve projects. If there are needs, it is encouraged for requests to also go through the campus.
