      Benchmarks to Hit: Portable to Permanent

      Portable vs. Permanent. Are there benchmarks/metrics you should look for to move to permanent? Is there a cap on what you should pay for portable?

      We never let the building cost exceed 35% of the budget for a campus. Create a ceiling and do not let yourself exceed it. 
       
      We don’t have set benchmarks to determine when a campus should become permanent. Sometimes circumstances let us stay portable longer. The GrowLeader Team would be happy to connect and discuss your specific situation.
