Where do you do the 3 reflection days at? Home office? Off-site? Practical tips/hacks to make effective?

The week after Christmas is such a dead time at the church. Dedicate time to reflecting at a time that works for you. PC prefers time in the morning from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Time is spent at home, but if you can get away do so. December 26th-28th is spent in reflection, and December 29th-31st is time off.
