Multi-Campus Staff
How do you make sure that personnel is doing what they are hired to do with multiple campuses? i.e. accountability for campus pastors and others
You don’t know. But what does tell you is data. PC is a bottom-line leader - I’m not looking for output, I’m looking for outcomes. Outcomes don’t lie. The campuses grow or it doesn’t, people are leading small groups or they’re not, etc. Campus Staff and CPs have people over them that are leading them and checking in on them. We make expectations and outcomes very clear.
Tell them not only what you don’t like, but also tell them the why. If you don’t tell them why they’ll do the wrong thing (or the not right thing) again.
