How would you go about building momentum in the city as a new church in regard to marketing? Would you do mailers, billboards or what do you see working?
You do need to invest in this. We did mailers until we were over 3,000-4,000 people. To announce the launch of a new campus we will still incorporate mailers to get the word out. Our creative team is excellent at this and so is ARC. Some of the best marketing is free on social media or almost free with a very minimal cost through digital platforms.
Call or contact the ARC office, because they have the greatest information on this! We have learned that new church planters are using social media mostly to market to people in their area. There are ways to boost posts and run ads. The good news is that you don’t have to spend as much money as we had to on flyers, news, and billboards.
