      Filters for Message Prep

      How do you keep your message under 30 minutes? How much content is too much content? What do you keep in mind in your sermon prep?

      PC preaches 40m total including ministry time. When they walk out the door and someone says, “What was the message about?” what do you want them to say? You need to be able to answer that in one sentence.


      Ask yourself:

      1. What is the one thing I really want them to know?
      2. What is the one thing I really want them to do?
