How can At The Movies be prepared? Especially the technical part with the movie parts and the sermon around it.
When you pick a movie, pick about 6 clips from the movie that add up to 17-18 minutes (big moments that tell the story) and preach around it. You want to tell the story with a problem and show the redemption. Add your message around the clips as you continue to tell the story. Point out what is happening in the movie and how it relates to your church and the problems they may be facing.
The Creative team knows the story PC wants to tell. They cut the movie into clips. PC writes the script and records the message using a teleprompter.
