      Managing Team Energy

      After a busy season- how do you manage team energy without giving up momentum?

      You have to create moments in growth seasons to get away and have a Sabbath. Give your team permission to make sure they are taking care of their soul. We want our staff to pastor themselves, they have to have time with the Lord and refuel themselves daily. We do 21 Days of Prayer twice a year in strategic seasons for this reason.
      Work 5 days, have one day off, and one day as a true Sabbath. You can’t give what you don’t have. We have to renew our energy each and every day.
