How do I balance time management between tasks when I am the only full-time employee or have a limited staff?

It doesn’t change when your church and staff grow, you will still have to fight for time. You must create an ideal week – study, time with God, work. If you give a large portion of your week to leadership development, including volunteer leaders, they will do much of the work for you. Give people tasks to do.

It’s not going to get any easier. Whether you’re a church of 3,000 or 30,000, you’ll only have 24 hours a day. Get the big things in your schedule first and develop leaders. Build a volunteer team or develop an internship program to help train leaders.
