Leading people to bigger vision by preaching the why before the what.
Thinking big in a small environment is less about size and more about vision and values:
- Preach your vision before you lead people to it. It lives in the why.
- Never let people lose the value of a soul. Name what they're feeling out loud.
- Size isn't the point; values and vision are. The church isn't just a gathering to be fed. In Acts, 3,000 were baptized after one sermon, and the Lord added to their number daily.
- Don't move faster than your people have revelation for. Teach the why behind everything, not just the what.
