No Legacy/Kingdom Builders Leader
We want to start a legacy team, but we are having trouble finding someone to lead that. What can we do?
If there is no leader, step in yourself. As the pastor, you carry the vision, and until God sends the right person to lead, you can fill the gap. Do not let the absence of a leader stop the momentum of what God has placed on your heart.
When potential leaders begin to surface, pay close attention to how well they model the vision of your church. Leadership is not just about skill, it is about alignment. The right leader will not only be capable but will also embody the heart and mission of your church.
In some cases, this means investing personally in someone who shows promise. Discipleship can prepare them for the role. Spend time with them, help them grow, and make sure they know that you value their voice in shaping where the church is headed.
Starting ministries is not about waiting for the perfect leader to appear. It is about stewarding vision, leading faithfully in the gap, and preparing others to step into leadership when the time is right.
