Kingdom Builders Launch Timing
When and how to launch Kingdom Builders for maximum momentum and year-end giving.
Do not launch Kingdom Builders in December. You need it fully functioning by December for year-end giving. Launch at the end of October or the first of November at the latest.
The launch sequence starts in August, with the main launch event in October. A location change in the church does not matter for this. Kingdom Builders is simply adding a team for the people in your church who have the gift of giving.
You can run a generosity series during October and reference Kingdom Builders inside of it. Ask one of your top five givers to help rally people and handle logistics for the short season. This is not a lifetime commitment, just a focused push.
When you get the momentum, run with it.
