      Developing Sunday Speakers

      How did you decide in the early years, and how do you decide today, whom you allow (or develop) on your team to speak in your church on a Sunday?

      We take a few chances and opportunities (I.E. Saturday Morning Prayer) and let them grow.
      For younger leaders in the church, we do an annual “Young Communicators Sunday” on Memorial Day Sunday to give about 20 young people to speak at our campuses.
