Developing a Buildings Team

When assembling a team to scout for land, look at leases/buildings, etc. what advice would you give (for me, the team & the congregation)?

The goal is to look for expertise. The first Highlands Trustee team included a lawyer, a builder, and two bankers. Surround yourself with experts in areas that you don’t know about so that you have all the knowledge in the room you need to make a decision.
