How have you coached or developed drive with young staff? Especially after these last three years, how are you developing an increased capacity and drive?

We train our younger staff on how to work – how many lunch appointments should you have, and how to focus. If you don’t teach them, you are in the wrong and need to teach them. If they are rebellious, correct them. If they don’t change, they won’t last.
