How do I apply for a scholarship?

Where is GROW?

The leadership training is at Church of the Highlands. Church of the Highlands is located off of Grants Mills Rd near the intersection of I-459 and I-20.

What are the nearby airports?

Birmingham International Airport (BHM) is located 11.5 miles west of Church of the Highlands of I-20.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located two and a half hours away.

What time should I book my arrival and departure?

The conference will begin Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The conference will end Thursday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. It is recommended that you book arrival times by Tuesday afternoon and plan to depart Friday morning.

What should the weather be like?

The average high in August is 85 - 90 degrees with an average low of 75 - 80 degrees. We advise that you check the local forecast before you leave.

What should I wear?

Conference attire is casual.

Does GROW provide childcare?

While families are important to us, our conferences are adult training events. Children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions and childcare is not available.

When and where do I check-in for GROW?

Registration will be open at 4:30 p.m. on the first day of the Training at the Church of the Highlands Campus. Our guest check-in area will be clearly marked upon your arrival.

Will there be parking available on-site?

We will have plenty of parking available on site at the Church of the Highlands campus.

Do you have wireless Internet available?

Yes, we have free wi-fi access available to you throughout the Church of the Highlands campus.
