General Information

The GROW Leadership Training takes place annually at Church of the Highlands. This Leadership Training is designed for the Senior Pastor and any staff or volunteer leader who oversees ministry within the church.

There will be general sessions for everyone as well as dozens of breakout labs. In the Labs our staff will give practical insights into how we do ministry at Highlands. They will provide you with all their resources and also spend plenty of time answering questions. These sessions are repeated throughout the Training so the people who serve in more than one area can attend all of the sessions they desire.
