1. Join GROW as a member church

2. Take the Natural Church Development Survey yearly

To order your Natural Church Development survey:

  1. Go to churchsmart.com
  2. Look for the NCD/Natural Church Development survey link
  3. Purchase your order in the check out

Once you get your order

  1. Read the instructions for the NCD survey carefully
  2. Have surveys filled out and mailed to Church Smart Resources for processing
  3. On the Pastors form, please check the necessary box to notify Church Smart that you are being coached by Church of the Highlands
  4. When returning completed surveys, please include a letter from the Senior Pastors giving permission for all processed survey information to be viewed by Church of the Highlands
    1. Within the letter, please request that copies of your church’s profile survey results be mailed to Church of the Highlands for coaching purposes:

3. Begin tracking important numbers with Church Metrics

One of the most important tools for any church is to track vital statistics. We are requiring that every church involved in coaching use the Church Metrics system to track your numbers. This is a free, web-based service. Go to churchmetrics.com to register and start using this valuable tool. We are working with Church Metrics to be able to monitor all GROW churches in the future so we can better serve you.
