Coaching

The Coaching component of the GROW Initiative is truly where the biggest difference can be made.

In order for us to help you GROW we will need to work together very closely. This will require time and commitment from both sides.

The cost for membership is $250.00 per year. GROW membership provides you with access to all Highlands Resources (church documents, series artwork, videos, etc.), weekly conference calls, NCD Survey Coaching, site visits and personal coaching. Site visits are based on availability. Travel expenses and an honorarium paid by the church requesting the visit. Personal coaching is available upon request. GROW members are required to take the NCD Survey each year that costs $175. GROW members also receive a $25 per person discount for the annual Leadership Intensive.
